Here is a simple recipe for making chicken and vegetables:

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast (cut into pieces)

  • Assorted vegetables (such as bell peppers, broccoli, zucchini, carrots, etc.)

  • Olive oil

  • Salt and pepper

  • Seasonings of your choice (such as garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, etc.)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.

  3. In a bowl, toss the chicken and vegetables with olive oil, salt, pepper, and your choice of seasonings.

  4. Spread the chicken and vegetables evenly on a baking sheet or in a baking dish.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
