Service Description

This 30-minute appointment is designed for patients who haven't been seen in over a year, or who need more time with Dr. Martinsen to work through new or evolving health concerns. It's an opportunity to get a comprehensive update: reviewing any new symptoms, checking in on preexisting conditions, and adjusting your care plan as your health needs change over time, rather than trying to cover everything in a standard follow-up slot. This visit works well if it's been a while since your last appointment, or if your situation has become more complex and a quick check-in isn't enough. Ready to get started?
